Using Royal Keys

By creating an account, placing an order, or redeeming a key, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and recovery key private, and use the portal lawfully.

Account security

You must use a strong, unique password for Royal Keys that is not used on any other website or service. Keep your password, recovery key, and account access private and do not share them with others. You are responsible for keeping your account contact and sign-in details current and for promptly changing your password or recovery key when we issue a security notice or reasonably request that you do so.

Digital products and refunds

Access keys and digital products are normally non-refundable after they are delivered to your Bank or redeemed. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law. Contact support promptly if a delivered key cannot be redeemed or does not match the order.

Accounts and availability

Service availability may depend on the relevant provider, region, device, account state, or security checks. Phone access is not guaranteed. We may suspend access, investigate misuse, or cancel an order where fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, or a breach of these terms is reasonably suspected.

Independent service

Royal Keys is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Netflix, Crunchyroll, or other rights holders. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Support and changes

Support is available through the portal ticket system. We may update these terms to reflect legal, security, or service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
